· Iowa Sales Tax Of 7% Applies to Certain Items. 

· 2.5% Buyers Premium for ALL online Bidding and $750 cap per item

· 10% Buyers Premium for ALL TIMED AUCTIONS ONLINE.

· All Internet Buyers Must Pay Within 3 Days of Auction. 

· All Sales Are Final – Everything Is Sold AS IS – WHERE IS with No Warranties or Guarantees Expressed or Implied.

· A $50.00 Doc Fee Applies on ALL Titled Registered Items.

· Powers Auction Service Is Not Responsible for Items Once Sold. 

· Announcements Made Day of Sale Supersede Any Printed Materials. 

· The Buyer Is Held Responsible to Inspect Merchandise Before Purchasing.

· All Items are Sold "AS IS-WHERE IS-WITH ALL FAULTS" with no guarantees or warranties of any kind expressed or implied. 

· The purchaser agrees they are buying property entirely upon their own opinion as to condition or value. 

· The auctioneer shall not be responsible for correct description, authenticity or defect of any merchandise sold. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

IF YOU BUY YOUR ITEM BACK ONLINE YOU WILL GET CHARGED THE 2.5% PLUS BUY BACK BECAUSE EQUIPMENT FACTS OR 10%  FROM PROXIBID BEACUSE THEY  DO NOT KNOW THAT IS YOUR ITEM(S).
