· 2.5% Buyers Premium for ALL online Bidding and $750 cap per item

· 10% Buyers Premium for ALL TIMED AUCTIONS ONLINE.

· All Internet Buyers Must Pay Within 3 Days of Auction. 

· All Sales Are Final – Everything Is Sold AS IS – WHERE IS with No Warranties or Guarantees Expressed or Implied.

· A $100.00 Doc Fee Applies on ALL Titled Registered Items.

· Powers Auction Service Is Not Responsible for Items Once Sold. 

· Announcements Made Day of Sale Supersede Any Printed Materials. 

· The Buyer Is Held Responsible to Inspect Merchandise Before Purchasing.
